Hakomi therapy and Spiritual mentorship

Face to face at The LionsGate Centre or on Zoom
£60 per 1hr session on going (NWH)
£75 per hr sessions on going (E/W)
One off session – This is a useful option if you are coming to Glastonbury for a short visit. I offer a flexible time option from between 1 – 2 hours depending on what you feel you need.
1hr x £60 (NWH)
1h x £75 (E/W)
£10 per 10 mins for any further time added to the session.

FIRST CONTACT /CHAT is FREE – If you are considering having on going therapy with Shula, you can have a free 20 minutes introductory chat on the phone or Zoom. This will help you both to decide if you are a good match to work together. To arrange this introductory chat, go to Contact Page for options.

Meditation groups (Coming Soon)

How to pay

Payment by bank transfer preferred. Details will be sent by email upon booking.
Advanced payment is required, a minimum of 2 days in advance for Hakomi therapy and Spiritual mentorship.
Meditation group advanced payment and booking preferred but can pay cash on the day.
If you need to cancel, we require 24hrs notice.
