I offer a flexible time option from between 1 &#8211; 2 hours depending on what you feel you need.<br \/>1hr x \u00a360 (NWH)<br \/>1h x \u00a375 (E\/W)<br \/>\u00a310 per 10 mins for any further time added to the session.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">FIRST CONTACT \/CHAT is FREE<\/span> \u2013 If you are considering having on going therapy with Shula, you can have a free 20 minutes introductory chat on the phone or Zoom. This will help you both to decide if you are a good match to work together.
